Let's start with the birds/feathers. Oh wow, the details are so amazing, the wings really seem to pop out from nonexistence! The perspectives and posing for the birds are very nicely done, as well! While some viewers may not enjoy the sketchy feel that you used while outlining the wings, I personally like it, so that's a style that you would need to decide to use based on your own preference.
The girl herself has a very cute pose, and her expression seems to fill up the space, even though it's a soft expression. I won't talk too much on anatomy since it's a chibi picture, but the proportions are nicely consistent on the limbs. The design on the hair is unique and seems to stand out without standing out; while the hair itself is a little stiff if you take a good look at it, the way you worked with it balanced it out very well. I'll also probably be noting this on all your drawings, but the way you take advantage of line-shading is very appealing, you know just the right place to do it and contrast the shading in a lovely way~!
